The people here are great. I needed a rush order of programs for my mother's funeral, and I was quoted quickly at a reasonable price, and they got the project finished in essentially half a day. It looked amazing, unfortunately we figured out after printing that I hadn't numbered the pages for them correctly. Instead of pointing the finger and making me feel like an a**, they just got to work fixing it, without extra charge, and printed an extra 100 for me all by the next day. The manager/owner (not sure) gave me a funny but thoughtful talk about appreciating the time I had with my mother and sent me on my way. I felt really valued as a customer. They were excellent. The quality of the product also exceeded my expectations. I don't live in VA anymore, so I probably won't need their services again, but I recommend them to anyone who does. These people take pride in their work.

I used The Happy Printers to print a booklet for my class reunion. A friend had recommended them to me. My knowledge with computers is limited but I was able to use Microsoft Publisher and basically print the information I needed. I had trouble with the page numbers, colors and format. The staff members at Happy Printers did a wonderful job with my reunion booklet ( feel free to ask them to show you, I don't mind)! I was so proud to return to my 40th reunion and provide a memory for everyone to share! I thought the price was fair and I was relieved when someone else took over the job, as this is not my comfort zone. Be sure to proof your work when they send it back, as I did miss a few things. Great job! I'd definitely recommend their services!!
